Photo-Caption:Sand Creek housing development lots have been sold to Don Klausmeyer Construction, LLC out of Wichita. Basement work is expected to start in the next few weeks and housing will progress quickly from that point on the 11 lots just off Maple Street on the northern side of Pratt.
