PRMC makes billing changes to better serve patients

In order to address patient concerns about billing procedures and payments with Pratt Regional Medical Center and new partnership has been formed between Code Quick, one of the Utah 100’s fastest-growing companies and PRMC.

According to Kimberly Chockley, Director of Marketing and Public Relations, PRMC has established a new phone number to call for hospital billing questions (620-302-1380).

”This is for patients who want to make a payment or have questions about their hospital bill should call this number,” Chockley said. “Please note that hospital billing includes all Hospital Services, Urgent Care, Infusions, Wound Care, Hospital Stays, Lab, Imaging, Therapy, Cardiac Rehab and Emergency Department. Patients may still come to PRMC to pay their bill. The billing customer service office is in the main lobby of the hospital and is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.”

The PRMC CLINIC billing phone number is (620) 450-1146. Clinic billing includes all PRMC affiliated clinics and employed physicians and other providers. This would include PRMC Internal Medicine, Surgical Specialists, Women’s and Family Health, and Bone & Joint.

Other clinics and providers such as Pratt Family Practice, Anesthesia, Kansas Imaging or Kansas Pathology are not included in any of these changes, as they are not employed or operated by PRMC.
