According to KDWP museum director Mackenzie Reh at the Pratt Education Center and Museum, some wild animal friends snuck into the museum after hours and left their tracks all over the place. She has invited kids and parents looking for spring break fun to come to the museum at 531 SE 25th Ave, Pratt, Kansas to help her identify the culprits.

“Spring has sprung and our Kansas wildlife is becoming more active! This Spring Break PECM needs your help finding all the different animal tracks left behind by our furry and feathered friends,” Reh said. “Come use your skills of observation to find all 15 kinds of animal tracks.”

The PECM is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Those who come in for the free animal-track scavenger hunt and find all 15 animal tracks hidden around PECM, will be allowed to pick a prize from the museum’s Wild Wonders box.

PECM’s purpose is to show the diversity of Kansas wildlife and teach how nature benefits human lives.
