Kansas sisters Grace Patton and Trish Patton have been working together in the food industry for more than 20 years as restaurant owners and local bakers but they have embarked on a somewhat new venture this year.

“We now have an fully licensed kitchen in Cunningham and are catering from there,” said Trish Patton. “This is not a public walk-in kitchen, but we can now officially meet all our catering customer needs.”

The Patton sisters’ catering service, P.S. Creations, has developed an impressive customer base for which they provide decadent desserts, treats, meals, cinnamon rolls, and party food. They served muffins, pastries, cookies, quiche, bacon-wrapped meats, and other tasty treats at the January 2, 2025 Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce Coffee Chat.

“We like to do smaller groups, probably 50 or less, but can make just about anything our customers request,” said Grace Patton.

She also said that all of their food is handmade, from scratch, from recipes they have perfected over their years of cooking, baking, and serving the public.

The Patton sisters list a large variety of special meal menus on their website www.pattonsisterscreations.com, as well as vegetarian options and extensive dessert, fruit and cheese combinations.

“I’m not the creative one, that is my sister. She does all the decorating.” said Grace Patton. “But I do most of the baking and meals.”

Pratt area customers kept the Patton sisters especially busy during the fall and winter months of 2024, and while they have appreciated a slightly slower schedule in January 2025, they are excited and ready to go full speed ahead with their catering business from their new, fully licensed kitchen at 227 N. Henderson Street in Cunningham.
