Maurices of Pratt welcomed a generous morning crowd on Thursday, March 6 as they hosted the Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce Coffee, known as Chamber Chat. Held on the first Thursday of each month, the event brings together local business owners, professionals, and community members for a morning of networking and conversation.

Last Thursday’s event at Maurice’s (2010 E. 1st Street) not only created a buzz for the store but also reinforced the importance of community support for local businesses.

“We were thrilled to host this month’s Chamber Coffee and see so many familiar and new faces in our store,” said Amy Swindler, store manager at Maurices. “It was a great way to connect with the community and showcase what we have to offer.”

The Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce is an active organization dedicated to fostering local business growth and strengthening community connections. Events like Chamber Coffee provide a valuable platform for businesses to engage with the community, share updates, and collaborate for economic success.

Chamber gatherings are open to the public. The next chamber event, Chamber After-Hours hosted by B-29 Museum will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 27 at the museum on 82 Curran Rd, Pratt. This is north of Pratt several miles, with a turn before the B-29 Memorial Grounds if coming from the south.
