Jolly Workers perform at club day

Stafford County 4-H Club Days were held on February 22nd. Top performers in each event qualify for Regional Club Days in Great Bend on March 14th. 4-H Club Days showcase a variety of public speaking events and music entries. The Jolly Workers club qualified for Regionals in their model meeting as well as individual events.

The Jolly Workers held the March meeting at the Hudson Community Hall on March 2nd. Roll call was, “What is your pet peeve?” with 36 members in attendance. Recreation Leader, Graham Axman, led us in musical chairs. Once the meeting was adjourned by Kaden Foote members enjoyed refreshments provided by the McAlister and Martin families. Jolly Workers meet again on April 6th.

Project Fest activities will be held on March 18 in Kinsley and March 19 in St. John. Kinsley will host Sewing, Livestock, and Fiber Arts projects. St. John will offer Visual Arts, Photography, and Foods and Nutrition.
