Christmas Angels – Deadline December 13
Now – Pratt RSVP project to provide in need children from newborn to 14 year old in Pratt County with a wrapped Christmas gift containing new clothes. Angle tags may now be picked up from Walmart and Farm Bureau Financial Services in Pratt. Please return Angels gifts by Friday, December 13 to Pratt RSVP at the Pratt Community Center or to 1001 E. 1st St.
Big Well Museum shares holiday events
November 30 – All Day Holiday Open House; December 1 – Photos with Santa from 1-3 p.m., bring your own camera to the Big Well Museum in Greensburg.
State football championships in Greensburg
November 30 – Kiowa County Schools are hosting three state football championships. Volunteers needed. Please call the school (620-723-2164) or contact Mr Deterding (bdeterding@usd422.org) or Mr. Powell (tpowell@usd422.org) if interested in helping as team hosts, program sales, stadium cleanup, pass gate, t-shirt sales, or ticket takers. 8-Man Division II plays at 11 a.m., 6-Man Division at 3 p.m., 8-Man Division I at 7 p.m. in Greensburg.
Rudolph Run 2024
December 7 – Come to Lemon Park in Pratt at 4 p.m. where Skyline After Prom is hosting a family friendly fundraiser. Bring the whole family and join us for walk/run through Lemon Park and 6th Street Park Christmas lights in Pratt, Kansas.
Haviland United Methodist Church Pancake Supper

Free Christmas concert in Pratt
December 8 – McCaslin Concert Series presents STAN KENTON BRASS CHRISTMAS, at 7 p.m. on December 8, 2024, at the First United Methodist Church, 100 N. Jackson, Pratt. The concert is free, a gift from the McCaslin Concert Series. This is the 49th year to present the Kenton Carols. All are welcome.
Register for Toys for Tots
December 13 – Toys for Tots Registration is open until December 13 for residents of Pratt, Kingman, Kiowa, Stafford and Barber Counties. Children up to age 18 (if still in high school) are available to be signed up for the Toys for Tots program.
