Skyline’s cross-country team concluded its season with a trip to the state cross-country meet at Wamego on Saturday, Oct. 29. The boys team came in at ninth place. Of the individual qualifiers, Jude Nelson finished 16th among 94 contestants for the boys. In the girls division, Trystan Harrold finished 39th among 89 contestants for the Thunderbirds.

Defending their National Junior College Athletic Association Region VI Championship from a year ago and repeating as champions. Standing in their way for the second time was Allen County. The Red Devils held the #1 seed in the playoffs this year which granted them home field advantage throughout the post season.
On Saturday, October 22, the Pratt High School volleyball team traveled to Circle High School where they competed against two excellent teams in sub-state action. In 4A, Sub-State is split into East and West divisions, with each division having 18 teams.
