The Pratt High School girls’ tennis team has gotten off to a successful start to begin the 2025 campaign. The team, which has competed in multiple tournaments, most recently played in their annual home varsity invitational at the Walter Blake Tennis Courts.
With the 2025-26 school year starting, the Pratt High School girls’ tennis team has begun practicing for their nearing season. This year’s squad is led by Head Coach David Swank, who has a solid core group of returning players on the varsity lineup.
Skyline High School Thunderbird football has finished up their first full week of practice through the last of the summer heat, moving toward full-pad, full-contact practice to prepare for the first game of the season. The Thunderbirds will field a balanced team with eight upper and lower classmen each. Long-time Head Coach Andrew Nation, who is in year nine at the helm, is assisted by Jalen Bassart, who is in his second season with the Thunderbirds.

The Pratt High School Cross Country team recently began their season this past Thursday. They ended up making the long drive up to Smoky Valley, where they competed in the Vikings’ annual home meet.
