Williamson Investments of Pratt, in operation for nearly 4 years, oversees a diverse portfolio that includes rental properties, the laundromat on 1st St. in Pratt, storage units, TK Handyman Services, and serves as Pratt’s only U-Haul dealer. The company has now expanded its offerings by adding car rentals to its lineup.
While a student at Pratt High School, Travis Theis made a name for himself. He led the Greenbacks to a 4A State Championship title in 2016 (the first in 20 years) and a state runner-up finish in 2018.
Kyra Kissinger is an award winning triathlete, a mom of three boys, and a fitness guru with a heart to help others. In November 2024, Kissinger (originally from Wichita) took over the Cliff Mock massage business and revamped the 218 S. Main location to better meet customer needs for health and wellness. Her business is called Phoenix Fitness and Massage and she offers services for sports recovery, facial anti-aging, lymphatic and facial release, hot stones, assisted stretching, parties, and office services.
