The Kansas Department of Transportation is hosting six listening sessions as part of the Southwest Kansas Highway Mobility and Expansion Strategy - a study looking at various ways to improve highway mobility, safety and accessibility in 44 counties in and near southwest Kansas.
Local members of the Leadership League of South Central Kansas spent two days in Wichita at the Kansas Leadership Center participating in the KLC pathway program Your Leadership Edge. The Pratt-based class joined approximately 180 other professionals during the two day training. They participated in large group presentations and four rotations of smaller Edge Group break outs. In February, the class completed the first pathway program, When Everyone Leads which was a prerequisite to YLE.
