The Stafford County Board of County Commissioners met in regular session on Wednesday, September 14th, 2022, in the Commission Room in the Annex. Chairman Wycoff called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Present: Todd Wycoff, Bryce Garner, and Clayton Grimmett.

Seniors at the Kiowa County Senior Center had a fun week participating in the high school homecoming spirit week dress codes. The center participants even had a classact entry for the 2022 Homecoming Parade.
Darin Dauner and Chris Booi have been slowly working to restore a large residential building on South Taylor in Pratt that will become Cody’s House. The timeline for the project remains fluid as volunteers work to create a place for Christ-centered recovery from addiction, grief and other emotional and mental distractions.
The fall 2022 Homecoming parade at USD 350 traveled around the square at 2:30 Friday in St. John. Each of the high school classes decorated and rode on their respective floats. Elementary and junior high students walked through the parade route, and the band played for the pep assembly. King Angel Ibarra and Queen Paige Mansel were featured guests.

After a week of fun-filled spirit activities, such as Celebrity Day, BBQ Dad or Soccer Mom, dress like a construction worker and class color wars, the Kiowa County High School 2022 Homecoming parade finally took place as planned at 2 p.m. on Main Street in Greensburg.
Tiger Town is a pizza restaurant located at 302 N Main Street in St. John, Kansas. The museum board wanted to open up a pizza business that was nonprofit and wanted to get a business/ culinary class to be involved in the business plan and recipes.
