Security 1st Title started the business in the City of St. John in 2018. Security 1st Title began in the 70s. The services they provide include title insurance, research title evaluation, and closing- process money. They have 75 offices in Kansas, Missouri, and Nevada. They have one to two people working in the St. John office. It is a team effort job.
Kevin Davis, St. John, started Davis Electrical, Inc. in 2005, and in 2007 he bought Davis Plumbing from his father, Jack Davis, who was retiring. In 2017, Ryan Christie bought in to Davis Electrical, Inc. as a partner.
2022 will mark the 31st anniversary of Worcester Wreath Company donating Maine wreaths to adorn the headstones of our Nation’s veterans at Arlington National Cemetery. HAYS, Kan. – Simply put, I created this column so that I could write stories about remarkable people like the reigning Miss Kansas, Ayanna Hensley. Life for Ayanna was a challenge from the start. She grew up in Dodge City, the child of two parents whose substance abuse issues led to related criminal activity. She never knew what would happen when she got up each day or what awaited her after the school day.
