You don’t have to be perfect

I am sure you’re not like me, and your house always looks perfect, and you are never behind on a project. But with our crazy schedule, I am not going to lie, there have been a few things that have gotten away from me in my house that I kept meaning to get to but just never seemed to find the time.

What about now?

Anticipation can serve us well. Looking ahead to what is coming can fill us with hope. A look ahead could give us a longing for joyful fulfillment that future days or events hold for our lives. At the same time, anticipation could be abused by us. We could become so fixed on the future that we fail to focus on what is right before us right now.

The Book of Mormon and personal rebellion
