When I was about seven, I was invited to a friend’s birthday. For his gift, my mom showed me two choices; a Hot Wheels matchbox car (super cool), or a card game (super lame). Wood and metal craft shop has new lights and new products for Christmas
Ken and Geneva Beckman like making things out of wood. Though they’ve had the K & G Country Crafts store together for 10 years at 112 S. Main in Pratt, new lights and new frontage this year, due to a car crashing into their building in June, has brought a whole new appreciation to what they have and what they do.

Front door broken by brick at The Store Next Door
Someone broke into The Store Next Door on Sunday morning by throwing a brick through the front door. Pratt Police were called to the scene and have been gathering information, but no arrests had been made in connection with the incident by Monday noon.
