Register today for a Burn Plan Writing Workshop with the Kansas Grazing Land Coalition (KGLC). Landowners, producers, conservationists, or anyone looking to do a prescribed burn in 2025 will benefit from these meetings, held January 30 in Pratt, February 11 in Stockton, or February 12 in Wells, Kansas.

Participants gain practical expertise and valuable resources to confidently and responsibly use fire as a tool for improving grasslands and enhancing soil health.

Workshop topics include prescribed fire essentials and safety planning, how to create effective burn plans, hands-on experience to improve grasslands and soil health, and knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively implement prescribed burns.
