Issues addressed by St. John city candidates include police concerns

Several St. John city council candidates join others looking to make a positive impact in their own communities if selected by voters on Tuesday, November 2 in Stafford County. A special candidates forum held October 21, 2021 at the Stafford County Annex, gave area residents a chance to ask questions of those running for city positions.

Soil health facility plans Pratt opening in November PrairieFood, developer of an innovative approach to converting waste biomass into safe, valuable, highcarbon products for agriculture and other sectors, announces the ribbon cutting of its facility in Pratt, Kansas along with the PrairieFood Forum + Soil Health Workshop. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Monday, November 15 at 10:30 am at the Pratt Municipal Airport.

Music-filled evening included Buddy Holly, Merle Haggard and Everly tunes

Pratt Community Concert goers enjoyed a high energy, fun, and humorfilled evening recently, when the Everly Set came to town. Sean Altman and Jack Skuller brought their virtuoso performance to the Carpenter Auditorium stage at Pratt Community College, regaling the audience with not only songs from the Everly Brothers but also stories interlaced with their special brand of humor.
