The Stafford County Board of County Commissioners met in regular session on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022, in the Commission Room in the Annex. Chairman Wycoff called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Present: Todd Wycoff, and Clayton Grimmett. Also present: Commissioner-Elect District #1 Jim Stanford.
