The Pratt High School Girls’ Golf Season has officially started practice and preparation for the 2025 campaign. The team, led by Head Coach Erika Householter, will be looking to have another successful season on the links this fall with several returners and newcomers.
The Pratt High School Cross Country team recently began their season this past Thursday. They ended up making the long drive up to Smoky Valley, where they competed in the Vikings’ annual home meet.
Skyline Cross Country hits the ground running this season with a strong foundation of experience that also includes the addition of new talent.

I was working for a software company based in New Jersey in 2001. I would work in the office up there for two weeks and then fly home and work from home for two weeks. It was a great job, my coworkers were wonderful people and the management was top-notch. On weekends I could hop on the train and be in New York within less than an hour, or I could go stay with my brother in Philadelphia.

Under the leadership of head coach Jennifer Gillespie, the Mackville High School volleyball team is off to a good start going 3-4 in early season competition with wins over league rivals Ness City and Lacrosse and a home win over Stafford.
Record crowds came out to enjoy a wide variety of artistic booths, street food, painting demonstrations, live music, interactive crafts, and more last Thursday at Vernon Filley Art Museum’s Filley Fest, downtown Pratt.
