As a matter of fact, the opposing coach from Fairfield made a special effort to note their physicality. “That was a compliment our boys are most proud of,” said Head Coach Andrew Nation. “I was excited to beat a quality opponent at home in the fashion the boys did, and [am] looking forward to seeing the results of the last two weeks build confidence going into week three.”
Dani Ricke was named the 2025-26 USD 382 Teacher of the Year earlier this week at Southwest Elementary School. Ricke has mentored many new teachers at the district and is credited for spearheading a special family-orientated program that supports connections between students and their families.
