We Tri Youth & Sprint Triathlon

August 2 – This vibrant event kicks off at 7:30 a.m. with the Adult Sprint Triathlon, featuring a challenging 400-yard swim, followed by a 6-mile bike ride and a thrilling 5K run. For the younger participants, the Youth Triathlon starts at 9:00 a.m., showcasing a 100-yard swim, a 2-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run or walk. 201 S Haskell St, Pratt.

Register now for Fall Prevention Day

August 8 – The application deadline to be considered for volunteer help with fall and trip hazards in your home or the home of a loved one is Friday, August 8. Contact Stacy Hanson at 450.450.1655 or shanson@prmc.org, before then, for more information on how to get help or to be a community service volunteer. PRMC Fall Prevention Day is October 11.

Family Summer Movie Night on the Lawn

August 8 – Genesis Center, 123 N Oak St, Pratt – Showing Shrek 2. Bring the whole family as we celebrate the end of summer! Bring your lawn chairs and or blankets as we watch a movie on the lawn of the Genesis Center.

Free School Supplies for Stafford County

August 4-14 – Bring your preschool-6th grade students in to get ready for a great school year! Pick up at Stafford County Drug. Time slots suggested for pickup: Preschool – 6th Grade: Open 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. Stafford USD 349: August 4th – 6th. Macksville USD 351: August 7th, 8th, 11th. St. John USD 350: August 12th – 14th.

Buckets N Boards Comedy Percussion Show

End of Summer Paramount Concert

Cruise the Square Car Show

August 23 – Rev up your engines and cruise on over to the city square in St. John from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 23. This show will feature a stunning array of classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, and exotic vehicles from all eras. Pre-registration available on August 1st.

Bob Ross Landscape Painting Workshop

August 27, 5-8 p.m. – $60 per participant. Must pay $5 to reserve your spot. All supplies provided. Hosted by the Pratt Public Library.

Storm of Passion Film Screening

September 11 – Greensburg Twilight Theatre & Community Auditorium hosts a special screening of Storm of Passion—a new documentary that dives into the world of storm chasing, family bonds, and the legendary Tornado Intercept Vehicle 2 (TIV-2). The film will show from 7-8 p.m. to Doors open at 6 p.m. for a casual meet and greet in the lobby with members of the Storm of Passion team before the film begins.

8th Annual Pratt Oktoberfest

September 20 – Yes, it is in September. Join us for the best party in town, the 8th Annual Pratt Oktoberfest will be held in Lemon Park, 5-10 p.m. We’ll have yard games, the Jim Kucera band, stein holding contest, food trucks and cold beverages. This event is 21 & over only and all the proceeds go to local philanthropic causes.
