Burkhart Real Estate & Auction in Dodge City, Kansas is pleased to announce the addition of Ashlind Gumpenberger to their team as a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer. Gumpenberger, a fourth-generation auctioneer joined Burkhart in December 2024 and brings his experience in auctioneering and real estate.

A native of Kiowa County, Kansas, Gumpenberger has been involved in auctioneering since the age of 16. After graduating as valedictorian from Kiowa County High School in 2020, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness with honors from Kansas State University in 2023.
In his role with Burkhart Real Estate & Auction, Gumpenberger will assist clients with property listings, sales, and land transactions, while also contributing to auctions as both an auctioneer and bid catcher. His ability to manage both facets of the business is a significant asset to the company.

When not working with clients, Gumpenberger said he enjoys caring for his cattle, helping neighbors plant and harvest crops, and spending time with his family hunting and fishing. He and his fiancée, Kylie, live in Greensburg with their two dogs: Gutter, a yellow lab, and Dixie, an Australian Shepherd.
