21 Central District Agriculture & Natural Resources hosts workshops

January 30 – We are hosting a Winter Agronomy Series on January 30, starting at 12 noon, at the Stafford County Extension Office, 210 E. 3rd, St. John, Kansas. It’s time for the Chamber Gala

January 30 – The Annual Chamber Awards Gala & Fundraiser is just around the corner, set for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, January 30. Attendance by registration for Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce members and guests, this event celebrates the hard work and achievements of local businesses.

Asian Cultural Event this Saturday

February 1 – Come to the Pratt Municipal Building, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturday, February 1 for delicious Asian food, traditional dances and cultural demonstrations, vendors, raffles and more; hosted by the Pratt Public Library. Bring family and friends to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

Duane Hanks piano concert

February 2 – Pratt’s own piano master Duane Hanks will perform at Pratt Community College’s Carpenter Auditorium, 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, 2025. He won first prize and was honored by Carnegie Hall, plus has built and performs on his very own organ. Presented by the Pratt Community Concert Association.

Library in St. John starts Lunch and Learn programs

February 7 – The Ida Long Goodman Memorial Library will host Lunch and Learn programs again on the First Friday of each month. We provide a free lunch. Parents don’t miss out on this one. On Friday, February 7, St. John Police Deputy Tori Perez will share some important information about vaping. All are welcome to come learn with us.
