Staff reportPratt High School students, directed by Brandon Wade and Taylor Clark, performed Christmas vocal music to a standing-room only crowd at the Liberty Middle School Auditorium last week.The closing highlight of the December 15 holiday concert was Wade inviting alumni up to the stage to perform Sleigh Ride with the Chamber Singers.
Students at Macksville USD 351 helped their community kick off the holiday season by taking part in Santa’s Workshop activities the first week of December for a Country Christmas.The KAY Club provided craft activities and coloring books for the kids to participate in while they waited in line to see and talk with Santa.
The last Friday at the Filley Christmas music event played to a full house and filled those present with the holiday spirit.The vocal talents of Pam and Kim Krehbiel, and piano skills of Duane Hanks and Grace May started the December 15 program off with several haunting Christmas melodies.
