The Macksville High School boys basketball team graduated six top players from last year’s 1A Division I state champion team but they return a strong nucleus of guards to led them onward in 2023-24.“Our guards Diego Esparza and Hector Gomez have played a ton of varsity basketball and are very strong and quick and Guevara got to play a lot last year and would have played/started on most other teams that didn’t have so much depth,” said head coach Jeff Kuckelman.
