Ava Sidman, third grade student at Southwest Elementary, was awarded first prize in the Pratt Public Library’s Christmas Coloring Contest in conjunction with the Pratt Tribune. According to Derese McAbee, Activities Director and Makerspace Manager at the library, Sidman’s picture caught the attention of contest judges because not only was it colored attractively, she added sparkle and embellishment for an artistic and unique result.

Members of St. Paul Lutheran Laymen’s League of rural Preston met last Thursday to finalize plans for their upcoming Pancake and Sausage Supper to be held on January 21, 2023 from 4:30-7 p.m.
