Hamilton, a 3 1/2-yearold Shih Tzu dog, is now available for adoption at the Pratt Area Humane Society. His foster family has shared that this dog is a doll, almost housebroke, loves stuffed toys and stealing chews out of foster brothers kennel and trying to hide them. He is completely vetted and ready for his new home.
Presents in a Package back in full-force, after canceling one year and scaling back another during the pandemic. An estimated 450,000 men and women serve overseas, sadly more than 50 percent never get a care package. Pratt area schools participated in a global “See You at the Pole” prayer event on Wednesday, September 28, with great participation at each location. At Skyline Schools, 19 people of all ages braved the cooler than usual morning to attend.

News Last week as I was whisking together some ingredients to make cornmeal muffins for breakfast I noticed that what I was doing looked a lot like the eye of a hurricane in my mixing bowl. I scrapped the edges and mixed some more, watching the eye of the hurricane grow tighter and more focused as the yummy cornmeal batter grew smooth.
“WE ARE ALL BORN IGNORANT, BUT ONE MUST WORK HARD TO REMAIN STUPID.” Unknown I think the biggest fatality number that may be added up in the path of the hurricane will be those stuck at the charging stations trying to get their EV’s on the road. But then the most electric vehicles in Florida are golf carts.
