Council members present included Mark Trummel, Chance Little, Pam Reves, Nathan Charlton, and Haley Kern.

Visiting a landfill can be both horrifying and fascinating

By Jennifer Stultz Pratt Tribune, Kiowa County Signal, St. John News Editor CherryRoadMedia A Nike sandal, a frumpled pillow, empty milk jugs, a flattened plastic pool ball, sheets of used wood paneling, a blue jacket, old mattresses, a 6” stuffed Christmas tree with two little monkeys attached at the bottom, lots and lots of plastic bags, plastic sheeting, plastic cups, plastic bottles - it is both horrifying and fascinating to take a look around when one visits the local landfill.
