Pratt volleyball uses summer for improvement, looks to have successful season

Throughout the sum- mer of 2022, the Pratt High School volleyball team has been steadily practicing and improving their game to hopefully lead a solid season this fall. This summer, the girls have been hard at work in both the weight room and on the court. They have had summer camps, which have allowed them to maintain and improve their skills and team bonding.

Lady ‘Stangs ready to avenge sub-state loss from last year with confident core of returners

Macksville High School volleyball head coach Jennifer Gillespie and assistant Taylor Casper can’t wait to capitalize on the experience they have coming back to the court this year for the Mustangs. “Last year’s season ended with a first round sub-state victory over Minneola and a second round loss to Kiowa County in the Hodgeman County Sub-State won by eventual state champion, Spearville,” Gillespie said.
