Pediatrician decries ‘unconscionable’ misinformation

Kansas has reported a fifth child death from COVID-19 as health officials decry vaccine misinformation, especially from fellow health care professionals. “There’s so much misinformation out there on social media and the internet, and we really want people getting back to that patient-doctor relationship,” said Kristie Clark, a pediatrician and president of the Kansas Chapter of American Academy of Pediatrics.

K-State football gets an easy win over TCU Saturday in Manhattan

The Kansas State Wildcats ran their record to 5-3 overall and 2-3 in Big 12 play with an easy win over the TCU Horned Frogs 31-12 last Saturday. This Saturday K-State will travel a little over an hour to the east where they will face the Kansas Jayhawks. KU is currently 0-5 in the Big 12 and 1-7 overall. The game will kick off at 11 a.m. from Memorial Stadium and will be televised on FS1.
